Latest located BC Wegovy/CVD decision says Non-benefit; pCPA negotiation ended without agreement
Wegovy decision is Non-benefit, dated December 18 2025. Reviewed use is chronic weight management adjunct to reduced-calorie diet/increased activity in adults BMI at least 27 with established CVD (MI, prior stroke or PAD).
No later semaglutide or any tirzepatide decision was found in the current BC decision listing. Semaglutide entries are Ozempic 2020-12-15, Rybelsus 2023-01-31 and Wegovy 2025-12-18.
BC provides exceptional Imcivree reimbursement through its EDRD pathway for BBS-related obesity in adults and children aged six and older; decision July 29, 2025.
