Version 1.1, released 2026-09-23. Seven Canadian weight-care services, chosen for the record as described in the methodology (not the whole market), across 13 provinces and territories, with 13 public drug plan records. Every value carries the claim identifiers of its sources, the date the source was read and the date it is next due to be checked.

What the numbers say, reproducibly

Of 91 service and jurisdiction combinations, 26 are recorded as offered according to the company, 10 as conflicting between the company's own pages, 36 as not found in the sources checked, 7 as explicitly not offered and 12 as not applicable (from availability.csv, column state).
Of 42 cost components, 17 are documented as displayed, 4 conflict between the provider's own pages, 4 are documented with conditions and 16 were not found in the sources checked (from cost-components.csv, column state).
7 source conflicts are open (conflicts.csv).

Counts describe these seven services and the pages checked, not the Canadian market. "Not found in the sources checked" is not the same as "not offered".

Freshness rules

Service fees, province lists and terms are reread every 7 days; the BC public program every 30 days; public drug plan records every 30 days. A row past its next_recheck_due date is not current: the site shows it as needing a recheck and the province filter stops counting it as a match. Re-reading a page without finding a change updates checked_date only; the value and its history stay.

Method in brief

Each value was read from the public page cited in claims.csv on the checked date. Nothing was obtained through an intake, an account or a purchase. Where a provider's pages disagree, both values are kept and the row is marked conflicting. Values are never converted, multiplied, or added into totals.
